Tell us the area of the pick up, the volume and type of items to haul, whether they’re inside or outside, and send a photo via email. Please provide your address in the subject line. Describe in detail the junk that’s needed to be hauled, accessibility, clearance, and the timeframe.
Once we get an idea or see pictures of the junk items we can determine which truck to bring out. If we need to send out an estimator will let you know. We will send you a free estimate the same day or next day by email or text. We’re committed to providing an upfront price there will be no surprises.
Once you book an appointment, we’ll need a credit card to hold your spot. We will provide a two hour timeframe, and we’ll call you before we arrive. We would prefer to have the customer at the job site once our junk hauling crew arrives, but we can still take care of the work if you’re not available to be at the job site location. We require a clearance space of 10’x10’ for our trucks to safely pass.
The cost varies, based on many different factors. We’d need to have a conversation with you to determine the scope of the project! However, as soon as we understand your needs, we provide you with an upfront price— there are no hidden fees.
Yes! If the job is large or particularly complex, we’ll send someone to assess your junk pile at no charge to you.
We won’t take hazardous items, oils, liquids, flammable, toxic, or asbestos.
We service all of San Diego County, but we’re willing to travel outside of our usual boundaries for larger scale work— just call us and we can discuss your needs!
Of course! Some people might associate junk removal with big jobs, but we’re happy to pick up an old sofa, a mattress that’s seen better days, or any other item that you don’t need anymore. We’ll even take the items that Goodwill won’t accept.
